About this role: 
In this role, you will play a role in developing, deploying, and supporting the company's applications and systems. 

• You’ll provide continuous troubleshooting and resolution for various systems along with regular detailed reports on the overall state of the applications within the company. 
• You will seek out new integrations, help external teams architect and design some of the new services and improve existing ones. You will often find yourself trailblazing new technology and services. 
• We are looking for an enthusiast who lives and breathes software and obsesses about code quality.

 
Responsibilities:

• Technical investigation and analysis of incidents, problem replication, fault diagnosis, code fix, and call closure to customer satisfaction.
• Implement and test new software development as well as upgrade and maintain existing systems.
• Continually improving our code, our systems, our practices, and our knowledge.
• To provide responsive assistance to customer requests for software support.
• Provide technical training and support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in ad-hoc development and technology-related duties.

 
SKills:

• 2 - 3 years experience with Java Development.
• 1 - 3 years using Spring Boot.
• 1 - 3 years using SQL-type databases and hibernate.

 
Bonus skills:

• Exposure to NoSQL type databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Exposure to react or angular.
• Exposure to caching systems like Redis or Memcached.
• Exposure to infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, ansible, and docker.
