Project Manager - Impact Windows & Doors Industry.

PROJECT MANAGER  Custom Homes Division
 
$75-$80K plus benefits and vehicle allowance.

Must have reliable transportation prefers truck. 


Seeking a candidate able to work independently and can manage multiple projects at once. Is comfortable communicating with customers in their home, as well as installers and building inspectors. Drives the project to completion through any obstacle. Able to learn new procedures. Excellent communication, time management & organizational skills is a must. 


Requirements: 

• Confirm details of contract (frame color, glass color, grids, door swings, SGD configuration).
• Identify and record existing site conditions, areas of concern, special circumstances.
• Prepare field change orders for any additional work not stated in original contract.
• Read and understand Florida Product Approval and Notice of Acceptance.
• Able to perform field measurements and create property map for use in ordering process.
• Familiarity with impact window/door products such as CGI, PGT, WinDoor, SIW, etc.

Qualifications:  

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Impact Window and Door Industry.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Construction related field preferred. 
• Experience with building inspections for windows and doors.
• Excellent Communication with homeowners and installers.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Must be proficient with Windows and Doors.
• General construction knowledge.
• Must be able to read Blueprint and construction plans.
• Experience reading/understanding N.O.A. documentation preferred.
• Familiar with window & door terminology.
• Computer literacy and proficiency A MUST! 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ethical.
• Problem solver that works well under pressure.
• Professional and presentable.
• Available for work Mon-Fri with some Saturdays.
• Reliable transportation (truck a plus) (CLEAN DRIVING RECORD AND BACKGROUND A MUST)
