Insurance Technology Sales Executive Client Advisor- Ft. Lauderdale
Salary $60K to $65K, plus commission and benefits
Our client is looking for Sales Executive/Client Advisor who is passionate about helping clients reach their full potential by offering innovative technology solutions. You are highly motivated, ambitious, and have a curious mind. You want to learn more about latest technologies such as Intelligent Automation, Machine Learning, Analytics and other digital technologies, and how they can help your client’s business.
- Develop new business, participate in large account complex sales, achieve quota, and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Build strong relationships by leveraging excellent interpersonal and analytical skills and by being a good listener
- Focus primarily on networking, phone activity placing outbound calls to potential clients with the objective of uncovering and/or qualifying leads, email campaigns utilizing HubSpot building a robust sales pipeline, and having conversations and scheduling meetings to drive awareness of the company and win new business.
- Use CRM to track activity and leads generated and monitor results; work with marketing to evaluate and adjust campaigns based on results
- Qualify and pursue leads and sales opportunities in a timely manner from all channels: marketing, referrals, and existing accounts
- Use a consultative sales approach, such as Sandler and Challenger, to thoroughly identify each prospect’s needs and requirements
- Initiate self-development activities to learn and effectively communicate the advantages, value proposition and differences of the company’s offerings
- Orchestrate and collaborate with the company’s management and practice leaders to develop an effective solution that addresses client requirements
- Develop and communicate professional presentations and proposals for prospects and clients including pricing
- Use CRM or other sales automation tools for managing clients, prospects, and opportunity pipeline, and be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Calendar, Word, Excel, PPT.)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-3+ years of Consultative sales experience including new business development and account management
- Excellent communication skills - consultative, analytical, listening
- Hunter mindset
- Desire to learn and grow, professionally and personally
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to present to executive audiences
- Experience working for a digital technology consulting company
- Experience working for InsurTech services or product company
- Ability to work as a trusted client advisor
